HBT had a spectacular Veterans’ Day! We decked out our halls with American flags and honored 47 veterans and guest. Cub Scout Troop 38 presented the raising of the flag, followed by The Pledge of Allegiance and The HBT Care Code lead by Girl Scout Troops 2389, 2382 & 1971. Our 5th graders sang several songs to our veterans and we did a speech on how our flag got its stars and stripes. We ended with all the students singing American Every Day! We truly look forward to this day and are thankful for our veterans!
